Creation of writing down devices became following step to telegraphy development. The first such device was invented by pupil P.L.Shillinga, known Russian scientist Boris Semenovich Jakobi. Its device has been established in 1841 in Petersburg for communication of the Winter palace with the General staff.
At telegraphs there were many lacks. Message transfer passed slowly, its quality was defined basically by skills of telegraph operators. Therefore many scientists and inventors searched for new technical decisions. One of them, very original, has been found by the American, the artist by a trade, Samjuelem Morze
On transferring party Morze has applied a key to disconnection and the chain short circuit, invented before B.S.Jakobi. On the reception party the automatic device for record of electric signals has been established. But main Morze in the invention was that it has entered the electromagnetic relay into the telegraph. Thanks to the relay there were possible signalling on the big distances. Really, when the electric signal with distance weakened, the relay which operated other power supply joined and by that strengthened the weakened signal.
